Smith Mountain Lake Democrats

Glenda Wynnes, owner of The Centre at Vita Zen, will be the guest speaker Monday, April 28 at 1:00 pm at the Smith Mountain Lakes Democrats office. Ms. Wynnes is a registered nurse with a degree in mental health. She has worked with the ageing population throughout her career. Ms. Wynenns developed the "Ageless Yogis" to help people grow older with strength and flexibility for both the body and the mind. This meeting is open to everyone. Smith Mountain Lake Democrats is located at the Halesford Center, 16483 Moneta Road in Moneta. Refreshments will be served at 12:30 pm.
