About Us
Allscape Patio & Landscape designs and builds complete outdoor living environments for homes around Smith Mountain Lake, Rocky Mount, and the Roanoke Valley — and we are the exclusive home of the Signature Series motorized louvered pergola, our own engineered system rather than a dealer-installed kit.
Lake properties build differently. Slope, water views worth protecting, and the 800-foot project boundary all shape what can go where. We plan around them from day one: paver and stamped concrete patios, retaining and seat walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pools and spas, and motorized louvered pergolas engineered for site wind and snow loads — including rare poolside and over-pool installations. Concealed storage, hidden refrigeration, and motorized elements stay invisible until you need them.
Every project begins in 3D and virtual reality, so you walk through the finished space before a footing is poured. We coordinate Franklin and Bedford County permits and AEP shoreline approvals as part of the project, not as your homework. Signature Series pergolas carry a 10-year structure and workmanship warranty.
