About Us

First Light Coffee Co. is a faith-driven, woman-owned mobile coffee business based in Rocky Mount, Virginia. What began as a humble pop-up cart in 2023 has quickly grown into a full-service coffee trailer, thanks to founder Bethany’s passion, hard work, and heart for community.

Now serving espresso and specialty drinks from a set location in Rocky Mount during the week, First Light Coffee Co. is also available for private events, markets, and celebrations on weekends. From our earliest days partnering with J Bohn’s Boutique to our best-ever service at the Lakeside Local Market, every cup we’ve served has been fueled by purpose, joy, and connection.
