The Franklin County Family Resource Center promotes safe and healthy living environments for Franklin County families in crisis who are victims of domestic violence.

FRC Provides the following services for local victims of domestic violence:

24 Hour Hotline
Case Management
Court Advocacy
Emergency Shelter
Follow-Up Program
Groups & Classes.
Outreach
Prevention
Safety Planning
Training & Public Speaking
Youth & Children

Client Eligibility & Confidentiality
Review guidelines of eligibility for admission into the Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter Program, as well as the confidentiality rights guaranteed to program participants.
