About Us
First planted in 1984 by Roanoke natives with family ties to the very beginnings of the lake, Hickory Hill Vineyards celebrates nearly 25 years as a winery and nearly 40 years of growing wine grapes at Smith Mountain Lake.
Along with our popular Lake series of wines made in a light & fruity style, we offer vintage estate-grown Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Local Cabernet Franc and Bordeaux blends round out the award-winning wine list.
