About Us

Water By Design is a premier Caldera and Hot Spring's hot tub, spa and sauna dealership in Roanoke, VA. We have been in business since 1984 and offer top of the line products, and customer service to all customers. Our products consist of hot tubs, endless pools, saunas, valet services, and all material needed for upkeep and beautification of our products. We have two locations, one in Forrest, another in Cave Spring, and a large scale warehouse/showroom coming middle of 2024. We would like to get involved with the chamber to utilize the chambers networking opportunities, and connect with the folks of Smith Mountain Lake. We are always looking for event's to attend, and ways to integrate into the community.
